Laramie, Nov. 20 - Number Four, worn by the University of Wyoming's great basketball captain, Kenny Sailors, has been awarded to him permanently.

It will not be seen on the Wyoming court again unless Kenny, now a lieutenant in the marines in the southwest Pacific, one day comes back to the Cowboy gym and perhaps puts it on.
